DualEntry is hiring a Senior Product Manager in New York to own a major product area, drive AI-native strategies, and coordinate across engineering and design. You will lead data ingestion, evals, and broker end-to-end solutions that impact revenue and retention.

You have 8+ years in B2B SaaS, a track record of owning outcomes, and comfort working in a fast-paced, in-person team environment. This role offers significant equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• A track record of owning a product area and driving measurable business outcomes.
• High agency and strong ownership; you set direction in ambiguity.
• Deep experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows and production AI features.
• Clear, direct communicator who aligns multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excited to work in person with an ambitious, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area.
• Own complex technical areas end to end: agents, ML, and LLM-vs-deterministic trade-offs.
• Ingest data from dozens of systems, keep it synchronized, and create bi-directional workflows.
• Build the evals system for reliability and accuracy with real ledger postings.
• Drive high-impact bets from framing to launch and iteration with measurable impact.
• Hold area to measurable business results (retention, activation, expansion).
• Partner with engineering and design leadership on architecture and trade-offs.
• Improve internal processes, tooling, and operating model for faster shipping.
