Job summary

DualEntry is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a major product area in an AI-native ERP context. You will own strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of data ingestion, agents, and ML features, while driving business outcomes.

You will partner with engineering and design to optimize architecture, evals, and reliability across multiple teams in a fast-paced, in-person NYC-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Track record owning a product area and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Deep experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows including shipping LLM-powered or agentic features.
• Clear, direct communicator across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area.
• Own complex technical areas end to end: agents, ML, and LLM trade-offs.
• Ingest data from dozens of systems and create bi-directional workflows.
• Build evals system to ensure reliability and accuracy with real ledger postings.
• Drive bets from framing to launch and iteration with measurable results.
• Partner with engineering and design on architecture and trade-offs across teams.
