Job summary

DualEntry is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own a major AI-enabled product area in a fast-moving, in-person team in New York. You will shape strategy, roadmaps and bi-directional data workflows end-to-end.

You\'ll apply AI/ML to production workflows, ship agentic features, and drive measurable business outcomes such as retention and activation. This role requires ownership, clarity, and direct communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of owning a product area and driving measurable outcomes.
• Deep experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows, including shipping LLM-powered features to production and evaluating trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area.
• Own complex technical areas end to end: agents, ML, and LLM-vs-deterministic trade-offs.
• Ingest data from dozens of systems, keep it synchronized, and create bi-directional workflows.
• Build the evals system to ensure reliability and accuracy in production.
• Drive ambiguous, high-impact bets from problem framing through launch and iteration.
• Hold the area accountable to measurable business results (retention, activation, expansion).
• Partner with engineering and design leadership on architecture and trade-offs across teams.
• Improve internal processes, tooling, and operating model to ship faster.
