Job summary

Luminai is hiring a Senior Product Manager to define, build, and scale our AI automation platform. You will own the Intelligence and Applied AI product surface, creating capacity for experimentation while driving core development.

You will work with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and GTM, bringing a strong technical foundation and ownership mindset to drive ambiguous platform problems from first principles to scalable rollout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working on 0 to 1 problems.
• Ownership mindset to take products from ideation through launch and scale.
• Strong technical understanding with platform/API/cloud experience.
• Ability to align across multiple cross-functional teams and lead initiatives.
• Proficiency in defining key product metrics and tracking success.
• Experience writing detailed product specifications for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Startup experience with PM plus go-to-market exposure.

Responsibilities

• Define and scope frontier products based on customer needs and translate into product specs.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver scalable implementations.
• Establish and operate the Intelligence / Applied AI product processes.
• Navigate ambiguity in early-stage product questions and drive decisions.
• Partner with platform engineering to tie product decisions to automation.
