Job summary

infoprolearning is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own strategy for a key area of our AI-native HR tech platform. You will translate customer feedback and business priorities into clear requirements, partner with engineering, and build prototypes to validate ideas before full-scale development.

You will mentor other PMs, maintain product docs, and drive data-informed decisions in a fast-moving, hybrid work environment with some overlap with our India-based team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, end-to-end ownership in HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms.
• Proven experience launching products or major features and measuring results.
• Excellent written communication and ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and turning them into prioritized, actionable plans.
• A structured, data-informed approach to product decisions.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other product managers.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools as a core part of how you think, write, and build.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and the roadmap for a significant product area, translating feedback into clear requirements and briefs.
• Partner with engineering leads on scope, tradeoffs, and delivery, resolving ambiguity with engineers daily.
• Build working prototypes with AI tools to validate ideas before engineering commits.
• Define prompts and evaluation criteria to show AI feature effectiveness.
• Lead customer and user conversations and convert insights into prioritized product decisions.
• Mentor and develop product managers and associates, shaping how the product team works.
• Keep product documentation current as priorities shift.
