Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement - Analytics within Capital One Shopping. You will own an agentic analytics platform and partner with platform engineers to ship AI-enabled data products for cross-team use.

The role emphasizes deep data governance, a modern data stack, and prototype-first delivery using AI tools. Remote-eligible, with a focus on scalable, trusted insights for business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in Product Management, Solutions or Deployment Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Data Analytics.
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing, or Bachelor's + 4 years experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products that teams across Shopping depend on, starting with an agentic analytics platform.
Understand the enterprise data requirements and ensure the system’s compliance with enterprise patterns.
Define what a system needs to know to be trusted (the data, the definitions, the context behind both).
Set the boundaries for what agents can and can’t do, and prove those boundaries hold in practice.
Relentlessly push to understand user and stakeholder needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade‑off discussions.
Make each successive deployment cheaper and faster than the last.
Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders that depend on the capabilities and performance of our platforms.
Define, socialize, and monitor key performance indicators to understand the evolution and success of the project.
