Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the AI Enablement – Analytics team to own the agentic analytics platform, applying AI-enabled approaches to real business data. You will prototype with AI tools, partner with data platform engineers, and drive measurable impact across Shopping’s analytics capabilities.

You will define data requirements, steward enterprise metrics, and set practical boundaries for AI agents while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management, Solutions or Deployment Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Data Analytics
• Bachelor's or Master’s in quantitative field or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience defining and governing metrics across teams that did not agree
• Experience with semantic layers, metrics layers, or ontologies (dbt, LookML, Cube, Foundry)

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products that Shopping depends on
• Understand enterprise data requirements and ensure compliance with patterns
• Define what the system needs to know to be trusted (data and definitions)
• Set boundaries for what agents can do and prove boundaries hold
• Drive prioritization with stakeholders and optimize deployment speed
• Build and maintain relationships with leaders who depend on the platform
• Define, socialize, and monitor KPIs to understand evolution and success
