Job summary

Capital One Shopping seeks a Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement – Analytics to own the agentic analytics platform. You’ll work on enterprise data governance, modern data tools, and AI agent capabilities, partnering with platform engineers and senior leaders to deliver impactful analytics products.

You’ll define data boundaries, drive stakeholder alignment, and push rapid, iterative deployments while building trusted, scalable data solutions for diverse business teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise data governance, semantic and metrics layers.
• Proficiency with modern data stack tools listed above.
• Experience with AI agents on structured data and evaluation.
• Ability to adjudicate metric disputes and gain consensus.
• Hands-on prototyping with data tools and platforms.
• Experience with backend/internal platforms used by diverse teams.
• Strategic thinker who can present to executives and align stakeholders.
• Strong SQL experience and data handling in large files.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineers to build AI products and the agentic analytics platform.
• Ensure enterprise data requirements and patterns are followed.
• Define data knowledge boundaries and context for trust.
• Set agent boundaries and validate in practice.
• Continuously refine prioritization based on user and stakeholder needs.
• Make deployments cheaper and faster over time.
• Build relationships with leaders relying on platform capabilities.
• Define, socialize, and monitor KPIs for project success.
