Job summary

Capital One Shopping is hiring a Senior Product Manager for AI Enablement—Analytics. You will own an agentic analytics platform, work with enterprise data, and prototype AI-driven solutions to deliver trusted insights. This is a remote-eligible role with collaborative cross-functional leadership.

You’ll partner with platform engineers, define data requirements, and set governance for AI agents while driving prioritization and KPI tracking to demonstrate impact across Shopping.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise data governance, semantic and metrics layers.
• Proficiency with modern data stack tools and data platforms.
• Experience defining and governing metrics across teams.
• Strong SQL and data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform engineers to build and operate AI products for Shopping.
• Understand data requirements and ensure compliance with enterprise patterns.
• Define what data and context are needed for trust in outputs.
• Set boundaries for agent capabilities and validate in practice.
• Prioritize based on user needs and stakeholder trade-offs.
• Improve deployment cost and speed with each iteration.
• Build relationships with leaders relying on platform performance.
• Define and monitor KPIs to track evolution and success.
