Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager.
• AI product expertise with experience in LLMs, generative AI, or intelligent automation systems.
• End-to-end ownership of web and mobile products.
• Strong communication and ability to produce clear PRDs.
• Experience building complex workflow data-heavy healthcare products in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native clinical products focusing on care plan personalization and clinical assessment automation.
• Own end-to-end product execution from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Translate real-world clinical workflows into intuitive product experiences in collaboration with clinicians and compliance.
• Innovate with providers, payors, regulators, and internal clinical leaders on AI-model-driven care delivery.
