FusionSoft, a division of Harris, seeks a senior Project Manager to own customer relationships during implementations and to ensure high satisfaction. You will coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the defined scope.

This remote role welcomes candidates in the US and Canada. Travel of about 30–50% is expected; eligible to travel internationally with a valid passport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience managing software development projects through all life cycle phases.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess progress and drive decisions.
• Seniority as project manager capable of coordinating global resources.
