Job summary

Wwshemi is seeking a senior product manager to own customer onboarding AI features and the roadmap for integrations in a hybrid New York role. You will lead efforts across engineering, design, data, and risk to make financial workflows more intuitive.

Role requires 5–15 years of PM experience with AI/LLM products, strong collaboration, and a data-driven approach to experimentation. Base salary confirms a strong fintech focus and NYC presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 5–15 years senior PM experience.
• Experience with AI/LLMs or agentic workflows.
• Experience building integrations/APIs or platform products.
• Familiarity with discovery and SEO-driven channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for customer-facing AI features and optimize onboarding.
• Improve the signup-to-activation journey and ongoing engagement.
• Build invoicing, workflow automation, reminders, reconciliation tools.
• Set strategy for integrations and APIs across accounting, payments, payroll, and software.
• Explore LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation with risk and privacy in mind.
