Job summary

DualEntry is seeking a Founding Product Marketing Manager in New York to own brand, messaging, and go-to-market craft for a fast-growing AI-native fintech ERP. You’ll shape how the world sees DualEntry, leading web, print and event design with a focus on hierarchy, craft and conversion.

You’ll partner with PMM, Marketing and Sales to translate positioning into visual storytelling, build scalable brand systems, drive live events, and own the customer-facing experience with a high-agency mindset.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating brand identity, web, print and event design.
• Experience building living brand systems and design governance.
• Ability to translate positioning into visual storytelling for executives.

Responsibilities

• Define how DualEntry shows up in the world with CFOs and finance teams.
• Lead dualentry.com design across landing pages, feature pages, and campaigns.
• Drive events presence with CFO dinners, booths, and activations.
• Build scalable brand systems including decks, emails, and templates.
• Collaborate with PMM, Marketing, and Sales to translate briefs into assets.
