Job summary

Libra Solutions seeks a Senior Product Manager to own strategy and execution for C3, Libra's internal case-management and operations platform. You will partner with engineering teams to ship high-quality features rapidly and leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and requirements drafting.

You will lead discovery, define a clear product vision aligned to company goals, and develop domain knowledge in underwriting, negotiations, servicing, payment processing, and document

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in software or operations-heavy environments.
• Experience with AI productivity tools like Claude.
• Strong UX judgment and ability to simplify complex workflows for internal users.
• Experience in legal tech, healthcare, insurance, or fintech.
• Ability to work independently in a high-throughput delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, competitive analysis, and user interviews to define problems.
• Partner with VP and cross-functional leaders to set vision and strategy for C3.
• Identify high-value problems through research and stakeholder input.
• Turn ambiguous requests into clear product requirements and stories.
• Lead intake, prioritization, and sequencing of initiatives with SMEs.
