Libra Solutions, LP is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product strategy for C3, Libra’s internal case management and operations platform. The role partners with engineering and UX to deliver AI-assisted, high-impact features for underwriting, negotiations, and servicing.

You will lead discovery, define the vision, and balance innovation with compliance in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment, with remote work and periodic travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in software, workflow, or operations-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-assisted product discovery, analysis, and requirements drafting.
• Partner with engineering on AI-enabled development practices.
• Define guardrails and oversight for AI-enabled experiences.
