Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the SCRA and Specialty Operations domains, guiding two PMs, shaping multi-year roadmaps, and driving AI-driven automation across back-office workflows.

You will collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure compliant, scalable experiences, replace manual tasks with automation, and deliver customer- and agent-centric servicing on our enterprise platforms in McLean, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Analytics, CS, Engineering) or Business/Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in any field + at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Preferred: experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow two product managers owning critical back-office servicing workflows.
• Set and deliver a multi-year roadmap to automate back-office operations using AI and cloud data.
• Own end-to-end customer and agent experience for regulatory and specialty programs; expand capabilities like SCRA across more lines of business.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure compliant, well-governed, scalable experiences.
• Replace manual agent tasks with intelligent automation, freeing agents for higher-value work.
• Configure and ship user-centric servicing experiences on our enterprise platforms.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
