You will collaborate across Risk, Legal, Operations, and Business Analysis to ensure customer and agent experiences are compliant and scalable in a fast-evolving regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Preferred Qualifications include translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow two product managers owning critical back-office servicing workflows.
• Set a multi-year roadmap to automate back-office operations using AI and cloud data.
• Own end-to-end customer and agent experience for regulatory and specialty programs.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure compliant, scalable experiences.
• Replace manual agent tasks with intelligent automation to free up higher-value work.
• Configure and ship user-centric servicing experiences on enterprise platforms.
