Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a product leader to own the data quality monitoring platform, self service reporting, and internal Data Tools. You will define strategy, metrics, and drive adoption of new tooling across data teams, engineering, and PMs.

The role focuses on data quality, observability, and AI-enabled enhancements, with a strong emphasis on translating complex data concepts into scalable solutions and PRDs for internal users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on data products, platforms, internal tooling, or data intensive B2B SaaS.
• Experience building data quality, monitoring, observability, or self-service analytics products.
• Proven ability to identify and ship AI/ML powered product capabilities for data quality, automation, or workflow tooling.
• Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, metrics, anomaly detection, and data systems at scale.
• Platform and tooling product mindset with adoption across diverse internal user bases.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate complex concepts and write clear PRDs.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end product strategy for data quality monitoring, self service reporting, and the internal Data Tools platform.
• Identify opportunities where tooling and automation create leverage for data teams, PMs, and analysts.
• Define and standardize metrics and KPIs for data quality, coverage, accuracy, and freshness.
• Build and deliver self service dashboards and reporting tools for real time data health visibility.
• Ship AI driven data quality enhancements and auto remediation capabilities.
• Drive adoption of new tooling across data operations, engineering, and PM teams through evangelism and enablement.
