Job summary

ZoomInfo seeks a Principal Product Manager to own Person Data outcomes end to end and to build the AI evaluation discipline for the Core Data team. You will manage data quality, coverage, extraction, and privacy initiatives while shaping the pivot from rule-based to agent-adjudicated records.

You will engage with Privacy, Trust, and Identity teams to deliver the roadmap and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, data science, and product marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience overseeing data products or data platforms at scale.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, preferably incremental or streaming.
• Direct experience with entity resolution, record linkage, or matching systems.
• Active use of AI to improve data systems, not just as a feature.
• Experience designing evaluations for model output (golden sets, precision/recall, LLM-as-judge).
• Comfort coding in SQL or Python; ability to read pipelines and write validators.
• Experience partnering with engineering/data science on complex data systems; influencing tech direction.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to move between technical depth and exec narratives.
• Ability to drive focus and finish work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Person Data end to end: strategy, roadmap, and priorities for contact data accuracy, coverage, freshness, and compliance.
• Build and run the AI evaluation engine: define correctness, curate sets, set thresholds, and track precision/recall.
