Job summary

ZoomInfo is a data and go-to-market intelligence company. This role owns the end to end Person Data outcomes and the AI evaluation discipline for the Core Data team, guiding the pivot from rule based selection to agent adjudication and ensuring data quality and privacy compliance.

You will set strategy and roadmap for contact data accuracy, build the AI evaluation engine, collaborate with Privacy and Data Science teams, and translate progress into release notes and customer narratives for

Qualifications

• Experience shipping data pipelines and entity resolution at scale.
• Hands on with AI in data systems, evaluating models and prompts, and managing gate logic for production data.
• Ability to define outcomes, metrics, and roadmaps, and to work with cross functional teams including privacy and data science.
• Familiarity with canonical identity concepts, evaluation datasets, and validation against gold sets.
• Comfort with cost per row, latency, determinism, and auditability considerations in data pipelines.
• Strong writing and communication skills to articulate roadmaps and release notes.

Responsibilities

• Own Person Data end to end, setting strategy, roadmap, and monthly priorities for contact data accuracy, coverage, freshness, and compliance.
• Define and own the AI evaluation engine, including golden sets, gates, thresholds, and metrics (precision, recall, drift).
• Lead the shift from deterministic rules to inference over full evidence, writing policy clauses and acceptance rules for the pipeline.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Trust and Identity engineering to deliver the roadmap and ensure privacy requirements are met.
• Prototype adjudication agents and analysis in code with AI engineers and data scientists, committing changes to the shared repository.
• Communicate strategy and progress across cross functional teams and write release notes and customer narratives as needed.
