Veeva Systems is a mission-driven SaaS company enabling regulated life sciences content. Falcon Writer drafts submittable documents from a customer’s data, allowing medical writers to produce accurate, source-backed content faster.

We seek a Product Manager to join the Falcon Writer team and own a core product area, collaborating with medical writing, regulatory, and clinical teams to understand workflows and convert them into a clear roadmap for engineering execution.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hands-on product management experience.
• Experience shipping AI or ML product features with guardrails and human review.
• Ability to translate complex customer workflows into clear product direction.
• Extensive customer-facing experience with cross-functional alignment.
• Builder's mindset and willingness to work closely with engineering.

Aufgaben

• Own and design product features from start to finish with defined requirements and tests.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, PM, and other teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Acquire subject matter expertise in medical writing and regulatory workflows.
• Define success metrics and use them to prioritize work.
• Be accountable for the product's overall success.
