Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agentic Platform in Poland. You will own the product strategy for the shared agent harness and reference agent, collaborating with AI teams to deliver scalable, governed agent solutions.

You will drive platform adoption, define roadmaps, and work across engineering, applied science, and platform teams to balance product needs with scalability and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product management, ideally platform or infrastructure products.
• Experience building AI-powered or agentic systems in production.
• Experience defending build-versus-buy decisions and guiding architecture.
• Strong analytical mindset using telemetry, analytics and data.
• Ability to influence roadmaps without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Shape the product strategy and roadmap for the agent harness and reference agent.
• Collaborate with AI teams to identify gaps and drive platform improvements.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into a clear vision and execution plan.
• Monitor external agent ecosystems to inform decisions.
• Own strategy for core harness and reference agent implementation.
• Define and track metrics for platform adoption and build time.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, applied science, and product.
• Prioritize investments across platform capabilities and enhancements.
• Integrate harness with model registries, tracing, observability, and eval systems.
• Define exposure and discovery of harness-hosted agents across the platform.
• Work with Applied Science on evaluation, intent detection, and AI capabilities.
• Improve onboarding and reduce deployment time for teams.
• Establish governance and lifecycle practices for shared infrastructure.
• Contribute to long-term platform strategy including registries and multi-model support.
• Use metrics and insights to evolve the platform continuously.
