Job summary

Mindbody is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Agentic Experience to define how AI transforms our B2B software platform. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution for agentic workflows across Mindbody’s experience, building an AI-first UX that helps customers operate more efficiently.

You will lead cross-functional teams, design agentic patterns, govern safety and trust, and establish an enabling AI platform. This senior role requires extensive product leadership in a B2B SaaS context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI-first or agentic platforms in production.
• Strong executive-level communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to influence roadmaps without direct authority.
• B2B SaaS background with reliability, security, and governance.
