Job summary

Bluehost is searching for a Principal Product Manager to shape the agentic experiences for our customers. You will design the connective layer that unifies multiple agent interfaces, defining how agents are discovered, invoked, and held accountable across portals, APIs, and third‑party connectors.

You will lead a cross‑functional initiative with deep technical fluency, product judgment, and influence without authority to drive a coherent customer narrative and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with platform or API focus.
• Experience with AI or agentic product surfaces in production.
• Deep technical fluency for discussions on LLM orchestration and context strategy.
• Strong product judgment on interfaces, contracts, and developer experience.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end agent discovery, invocation, hand-off, and accountability.
• Translate an agent portfolio into a single customer narrative across interfaces.
• Set surface strategy for portal, APIs, MCP, and connectors.
• Establish shared patterns, latency/quality targets, and review processes.
• Build multi-quarter roadmap and align with data/personalization teams.
• Drive adoption across teams and measure impact.
