JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Product Manager for the Agentic Experience in New York. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, acting as the voice of the customer while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality agentic experiences.

In this role you will shape product strategy, manage discovery, maintain backlogs, and define success metrics. The position requires 5+ years in product management and a strong understanding of API patterns and platform

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Proven ability to influence without authority — driving alignment across LOB teams, technical leads, and senior stakeholders.
• Sufficient technical fluency to understand API integration patterns and platform dependencies.

Responsabilidades

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Develops and owns the LOB partnership strategy for the agentic platform and engagement models.
