Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Staff Technical Product Manager to own the Ads ML platform, leading strategy and roadmap for platforms powering content understanding, ranking, and targeting.

You will collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to build unified serving infrastructure, optimize GPU usage and costs, and remove bottlenecks by distilling pain points across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical products, developer tools, or ML platforms.
• Ability to translate GPU scheduling and latency budgets into roadmaps.
• Background as an MLE, Data Scientist, or Backend Engineer.
• Experience conducting user research with internal engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ads ML platform vision and roadmap.
