Unity Technologies seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market for Unity's AI tools and plugin ecosystem. You will shape messaging for developers, define personas across indie to technical directors, and lead end-to-end GTM for launches, with collaboration across Product, Engineering, Community, and Sales.

You’ll build credibility with practitioners, drive partner co-marketing, and translate market intelligence into roadmap decisions while enabling Sales with strong content

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Marketing or GTM leadership.
• Proven marketing to technical audiences (developers, engineers, or technical artists).
• Experience with AI/ML products and separating production-ready capabilities from demos.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
• Strong data literacy with metric-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with Claude Code/Gemini and AI integration into workflows.
• Nice to have game production fluency and platform GTM experience.

Responsibilities

• Positioning and narrative architecture for Unity AI tools and plugin ecosystem.
• Lead end-to-end GTM for launches, betas, and feature rollouts.
• Define audience and personas for inform product decisions and roadmaps.
• Develop messaging that earns trust with developers and practitioners.
• Drive ecosystem and partner marketing for third-party AI plugins.
• Monitor AI in gaming market shifts to refine positioning and enable sales.
• Translate community feedback into actionable signals for product decisions.
• Equip Sales and Success with compelling pitch materials and battlecards.
• Set and monitor success metrics across adoption, activation, and retention.
