Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to develop and lead our third-party integration strategy for Quick Commerce, creating a scalable model enabling external partners to secure, launch, and operate sites.

You will drive end-to-end program ownership, partner alignment, and governance across teams, with a focus on risk assessment and performance metrics. Location: Bellevue, WA, with full-time responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop the end-to-end 3P operating model for Quick Commerce and present the plan to senior leadership.
• Define scalable approach for third-party partners to source, secure, launch, and operate Quick Commerce sites.
• Evaluate 3P models including under-the-roof operations, site acquisition, launch support, and outsourced solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (GPO, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Operations) to model finances, contracts, and site requirements.
