Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA seeks a Senior QC Expansions Program Manager to own the upstream funnel for new launch sites, driving identification, evaluation, and handoff through the selection process.

You will manage a regional pipeline, deliver data-driven insights to executives, and partner with Real Estate, Operations, Technology, and Finance to optimize expansion initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing the site pipeline from identification through site selection and handoff, coordinating with Real Estate, Operations, Technology, and Finance to source, evaluate, and qualify candidate sites.
• Building and sustaining cross-functional relationships to keep the funnel moving and resolve challenges.
• Driving standardization of site selection criteria, evaluation frameworks, and handoff documentation across the network.
• Managing a diverse pipeline of prospective sites and communicating pipeline health, decisions, and risks to senior leadership.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize site selection criteria and expansion strategy, ensuring clean handoff to downstream teams.
• Bonus: cost/feasibility lens to test site viability and flag risks early.
