Amazon’s Quick Commerce organization is exploring a new operating model to expand our network and deliver everyday essentials to customers faster. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to develop and lead our third‑party integration strategy, creating a scalable model that enables external partners to secure, launch, and operate Quick Commerce sites.
This role will own the development of the 3P business plan and proposal, including operating models, financial requirements, partner capabilities, risk assessments, and the mechanisms required to scale.
The Senior Program Manager will work across Global Procurement Operations (GPO), Finance, Legal, Operations, Real Estate, Product, and other partner teams to evaluate external benchmarks, assess model trade-offs, and define the path from initial pilot through broader network expansion.
The ideal candidate can move between strategy and execution. They will build detailed business cases, evaluate complex financial and operational trade‑offs, and translate ambiguity into a clear, scalable plan. They must also be comfortable influencing senior leaders, challenging existing assumptions, and establishing new processes across multiple organizations.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
