Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Program Manager for Quick Commerce Launch & Expansions to own the upstream funnel for new QC sites, manage a regional pipeline, and drive data‑driven site selection through to handoff to execution teams.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross‑functional influence, and comfort building executive‑level insights; travel up to 20% is expected as part of strategic expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing the site pipeline from identification through site selection and handoff, coordinating with Real Estate, Operations, Technology, and Finance.
• Building and sustaining cross-functional relationships to keep the funnel moving and resolve challenges.
• Standardizing site selection criteria, evaluation frameworks, and handoff documentation across the network.
• Communicating pipeline health, selection decisions, and risks to senior leadership with clear insights.
• Collaborating to optimize site selection criteria and expansion strategy for de-risked handoffs.
• Bring cost/construction perspective to test feasibility and flag risks early.
