Job summary

Canterbury Park in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Senior Plumbing Technician to maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems across the property, including seasonal winterization and spring startup for the RV park. The role also supports purchasing and budgeting and collaborates with the team to provide reliable, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 2 year technical college in pipe fitting, plumbing, HVAC or 2 years' plumbing experience.
• Minnesota Plumbers License at Journeyman level is required.
• MRC license is needed to work at Canterbury Park.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example.
• Maintain hospitality and professional demeanor at all times.
• Install plumbing as needed throughout the year.
• Winterize up to 50 buildings and one 16-unit RV Park.
• Spring startup of buildings and RV Park.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and boiler tests.

Education

High School Diploma

2 year technical college in pipe fitting, plumbing, HVAC or 2 years' experience in Plumbing or related field

Minnesota Plumbers License (Journeyman)
