Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, MN is seeking a skilled Plumbing Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and systems, plan renovations, and ensure code compliance. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and cost estimations for projects.

The role requires a Minnesota Journeyman’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Master plumber certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• State of Minnesota Journeyman’s license is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Preferred: Master Plumber license or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance of all plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Perform plumbing duties and inspections to ensure reliability.
• Repair sinks, stools, faucets, drains, traps, sumps and filter systems.
• Plan and develop recommendations for renovations and expansions.
• Ensure adherence to Minnesota state codes and regulations.
• Estimate costs for projects and expansions.
• Manage inventory and purchasing of plumbing equipment and supplies.
