Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance of all plumbing fixtures.
• Perform plumbing duties and inspections.
• Repair sinks, stools, faucets, drains, traps, sumps and filter systems.
• Plan and develop recommendations for renovations and expansions.
• Ensure adherence to Minnesota state codes.
• Estimate costs for projects and expansions.
• Responsible for inventory control and purchasing of plumbing equipment and supplies.
