Job summary

Canterbury Park Holding is seeking a Senior Plumbing Technician to maintain and install plumbing systems across the property, including seasonal winterization and spring startup of the RV Park.

The role supports HVAC maintenance, participates in purchasing and budgeting for plumbing supplies, and works with a team to provide high-quality service. A Journeyman plumbing license and MRC license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2-year technical college in plumbing/HVAC or 2+ years’ experience.
• Minnesota Plumbers License at Journeyman level required.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including background check and drug test.
• Must attain Minnesota Racing Commission license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems across the property.
• Seasonal winterization of up to 50 buildings and a 16-unit RV Park; spring startup.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and purchasing/budgeting of plumbing supplies.
• Provide reliable, high-quality service and contribute to team goals.
