Job summary

AIRO Mechanical, LLC in Murfreesboro, TN, is seeking a Plumbing Superintendent to lead plumbing projects from start to finish. You will oversee on-site installations, ensure safety, quality, and timely completion, and coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel.

Requirements include proven experience as a Plumbing Superintendent on commercial/industrial projects, strong knowledge of plumbing systems, leadership, and familiarity with project management tools; OSHA 10

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Superintendent in commercial and industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods and industry practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and practices in construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred.
• Plumbing-related certifications and licenses a plus.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Plumbing projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to meet project objectives and client expectations.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Plumbing technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project.
• Ensure Plumbing installations comply with project specs, codes, and safety standards.
• Enforce safety protocols with regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor for efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide project updates.
• Identify and resolve issues to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate project records and progress reports.
• Assist in monitoring budgets and controlling costs.
• Other duties as assigned.
