AIRO Mechanical is seeking a Plumbing Superintendent to lead our plumbing division, overseeing projects from kickoff to completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, quality control, and safety while guiding a team of technicians and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; plumbing license preferred.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills for field coordination.
• Experience reading blueprints and managing multifamily/commercial plumbing projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plumbing projects from start to finish, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Lead and mentor plumbing technicians and subcontractors to ensure code compliance.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials to keep sites stocked on time.
• Review blueprints and specs to ensure accurate installation of plumbing systems.
• Enforce quality control and safety standards on all job sites.
• Maintain project documentation, daily logs, and progress reports.
• Communicate with clients and team members to provide updates and address concerns.
• Identify and solve project challenges to keep milestones on track.
