Job summary

AIRO Mechanical, LLC seeks a Plumbing Superintendent to lead plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and safety. You will manage schedules, budgets, and coordinate materials while mentoring technicians and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, maintaining documentation, addressing client questions, and keeping projects on track with proactive problem solving. A plumbing license is preferred and high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Plumbing Superintendent in multi-family, commercial or industrial plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of plumbing projects including scheduling, budgeting, quality control and safety compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of plumbing technicians and subcontractors, ensuring work is by code and efficient.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of plumbing materials and equipment to the site.
• Interpret and review project blueprints and specifications for accurate implementation.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure adherence by all team members.
• Foster client relationships with regular updates and issue resolution.
