WDF Inc., a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Plumbing Project Manager for our Brooklyn, NY project site. You will manage commercial plumbing projects from start to finish, including estimates, material purchases, equipment leasing and crew scheduling.

Coordinate with clients, design professionals and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction management for plumbing/HVAC, strong ability to read specs, and proficiency with Navisworks, AutoCAD and

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of construction management for commercial HVAC or Plumbing projects.
Proven experience managing plumbing and HVAC projects in the $4M–$40M range.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules.
Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in Navisworks with knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit for BIM coordination.
HS Diploma/GED required; degrees in construction or engineering preferred.

Responsabilités

Manage commercial plumbing projects from start to completion with estimates & takeoffs.
Purchase materials, lease equipment and schedule crew; coordinate with clients and subs.
Interface with inspectors, architects, engineers and officials to ensure compliance.
Review blueprints and specifications to align work with client needs and standards.
Maintain communication with client management and adjust resources as needed.
