Job summary

WDF Inc., a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Plumbing Project Manager for our Brooklyn, NY project site to lead commercial plumbing from start to finish. You will handle estimates, material purchasing, scheduling, and coordination with clients, designers, and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction management for plumbing/HVAC, with strong leadership, communication, and proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years' experience in construction management for commercial HVAC or Plumbing projects.
• Experience managing plumbing/HVAC projects from $4M to $40M.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook; strong computer skills.
• Navisworks, AutoCAD and Revit for BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from start to completion.
• Prepare estimates and takeoffs; purchase materials; lease equipment; schedule staff.
• Coordinate with clients, design professionals and subcontractors.
• Review blueprints, specs and scopes to meet client needs and codes.
• Maintain regular communication with client’s management and adjust schedules.
