Talent Search Pro is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager (P.E.) to lead plumbing engineering analysis, design, planning, and construction administration for projects of various sizes. The role includes serving as the sole point of contact for full MEP design and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project success.

The position requires initiative, ability to apply advanced engineering concepts, and strong leadership to influence teams and drive objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year university and a minimum of 10 years engineering work experience.
• Professional Engineer license and potentially project manager certification.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsabilités

• Design oversight: perform engineering calculations, collect and interpret information, and provide input on construction cost.
• Project planning: serve as project manager on moderately complex to complex projects, establish schedules and lead teams.
• Business development: assist in marketing services, pursuing contracts, and expanding client relationships.
