ART PLUMBING, a leading plumbing solutions provider for commercial and industrial facilities, is seeking a Project Manager in Augusta, Georgia. You will plan, direct, and coordinate construction and maintenance of complex piping systems.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and field coordination with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with codes and project objectives while supporting field teams on delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–15 years related experience in plumbing/ mechanical industry.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor of Science with an engineering or construction management focus preferred; Master’s in related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction industry and contract documentation.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and city regulations and guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Drive the project’s overall flow from inception to completion.
• Review contract and bid documents; attend walkthroughs.
• Ensure all project document control is completed by the team (insurance, bonding, permits, submittals, RFI’s, change orders).
• Discuss and resolve matters with owners, contractors, or design professionals.
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction activities to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress, and cost tracking reports.
• Inspect projects to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Select subs and equipment suppliers with input from engineering and estimating.
• Create project schedules showing completion and delivery dates; integrate into manpower schedule.
