Job summary

Charlie Mike Recruiting seeks a Plumbing Project Manager to oversee and coordinate plumbing projects from conception to completion in Seattle. You will ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while coordinating teams, subcontractors, and clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in plumbing or construction project management, strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and materials, plus proficiency with project management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in plumbing or construction project management
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and local building codes
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Valid plumbing license or certification (preferred)
• OSHA or equivalent safety certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate with design/engineering teams to ensure specs and codes are met
• Review blueprints and building codes for compliance
• Supervise plumbing crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Hold regular project meetings to align on goals
• Monitor safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle
• Track expenses and manage overruns; approve PO and subcontractor agreements
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide progress updates and address concerns
