Qualifications

• Experience as Plumbing Superintendent on multi-family, commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage plumbing projects from start to finish, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Lead and mentor plumbing technicians and subcontractors to ensure code compliance.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications for accurate installation.
• Maintain quality control and safety programs on site.
• Maintain safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and address concerns.
• Keep accurate project documentation and daily logs.
