Qualifications

5+ years of plumbing experience (residential/commercial) with supervisory or management experience.
Valid Plumbing license (Journeyman or Master).
Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania codes.
Extensive knowledge of plumbing construction estimating.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities on customers' sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.
Manage plumbing crews, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance for timely completion.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings for plumbing systems.
Estimate construction costs related to plumbing work by analyzing project specs and materials.
