Mechanical One in Tampa, FL is seeking a seasoned Residential New Construction and Service Plumbing Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day plumbing operations and lead a team. The role requires extensive residential plumbing experience, strong leadership, knowledge of codes and regulations, and the ability to manage projects, budgets, and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in residential plumbing, focused on new construction and service.
• Managerial or supervisory experience in plumbing.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities
