Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company seeks a Plumbing Manager to lead daily plumbing operations across multiple sites, ensuring high quality, safety, and on-time project delivery. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and repair activities, coordinate with project teams, and lead field personnel with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years plumbing experience with supervisory background, a valid plumbing license, and strong knowledge of PA codes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing experience (residential/commercial) and supervisory background.
• Valid Plumbing license (Journeyman or Master).
• Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania codes.
• Experience with construction estimating specific to plumbing projects.
• Reading blueprints, schematics, HVAC plans, and mechanical diagrams.
• Familiarity with field service operations including maintenance/remodeling.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities on customers' sites while adhering to plans and safety standards.
• Manage plumbing crews, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance for timely completion.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings for plumbing systems and mechanical layouts.
• Estimate construction costs related to plumbing work by analyzing project specs and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices across projects.
• Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other machinery for plumbing tasks.
