Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to manage day-to-day operations on commercial plumbing tasks across multiple sites. You will guide journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction while performing hands-on plumbing duties as a working Foreman. The role emphasizes safety, team leadership, and proactive problem-solving in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing operations or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as Plumbing Foreman on heavy commercial construction projects
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems installation
• Proven ability to lead teams of 8–10 individuals as Foreman
• Ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, and follow instructions
• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Plan procedures for construction based on specifications, BIM model, and schedules
• Assemble and coordinate project staff and subcontractors
• Direct and perform a wide range of skilled plumbing tasks as a working Foreman
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve issues
• Attend job site and office meetings related to Plumbing Foreman tasks
• Oversee installation, modification, and repair of plumbing systems and related equipment
