Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in commercial plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Two (2) years of supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS preferred.
• Georgia Master Plumber or Journeyman license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plans, directs, and supervises daily plumbing maintenance for City facilities.
• Coordinates and prioritizes work orders, staffing, materials, and equipment.
• Provides technical guidance on installations, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensures code compliance and safety procedures are followed.
• Manages outside contractors and oversees project planning and budgeting.
• Develops preventive maintenance programs and schedules for plumbing systems.
• Responds to emergency maintenance situations and coordinates rapid response.
