Job summary

As a Senior Engineer at SHP, you will lead the full engineering design process for both new construction and renovation projects. You will set technical direction, manage multidisciplinary coordination, oversee staff, and serve as the primary engineering liaison to clients and project partners.

You’ll apply deep technical expertise to create efficient, reliable plumbing systems and help shape firmwide engineering standards while mentoring the next generation of talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full plumbing engineering design on multiple projects
• Provide a high level of technical leadership, quality review, and problem-solving
• Design and evaluate domestic water, sanitary, storm, natural gas, and specialty plumbing systems
• Represent SHP with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants

Key Requirements
